SLAM SET is our brand new gym equipment innovation, designed to redefine the concept of the well known, hugely effective and well loved drop set. Being showcased for the very first time on our purpose built plate loaded ISO ROW machine, SLAM SET technology will allow the user to perform a ~40% mechanical drop set simply by 'slamming' the weight down... No removal of plates... no changing positions... no pulling of levers.
When the time is right, the user can drop the load and watch as the SLAM SET mechanism activates. In 2 seconds, the process is complete and the mechanical drop set can commence. Stay strapped in, stay focussed and enjoy the burn.
Ofcourse, a drop set isn't necessary for every set, nor would it be sensible... It was very important to us during the initial design process that this system's activation be optional. We therefore included a lever which can be toggled by the user before the exercise begins, allowing them to decide whether or not they want the system to activate once they are done.

So far, prototypes and testing have been hugely positive. we are now in the final stages, refining components, tweaking dimensions, and ensuring all mechanisms are as ergonomic as can be.
This final stage of research and development is to ensure that the SLAM SET ISO ROW will be staggeringly effective for every single user who tackles it.
